Join Florida Mining Gallery for a summer social event in conjunction with McKinna Anderson's current exhibition mini golf of sensual sports. a tinder affair takes place on June 18th from 7 - 9 pm at the gallery. Anderson has created sculptural elements for the exhibition that will create an interactive, collaborative activity for attendees - come play!
NICKFRESH will be spinning, Daddy O's Portable Patio will be sizzling, and guests might just putt a hole in one.
Anderson’s installation of images presents her examination of how social media accounts function as an extension of self. She immerses herself in the world of social media by participating in the ritual of continued swiping on Tinder. The photographs investigate the intimate boundaries that are dissolved when sharing a piece of yourself on social platforms.
